Weight isn’t a problem for me because it makes me look bad; I was never “good-looking.” But it bothers me because many times I feel suffocated and lethargic, which leads to insomnia, bloating, etc. Since last year, I’ve been trying to be regular with walks. There are months when I’m consistent, and then there are months when I don’t step out at all. After February 22, 2025, the 9th of March 2025 will hold a special place in my heart.
