Ever happen to you that you have thought of some additional work for your househelp, and exactly then she announces her leave? I am sure, many times. Our usual comment? "How do they always know about additional work, and only then do they want to take a leave!?" Unknowingly labeling them as lazy and 'criminal'. Now, put yourselves in their place as working women. Do you always lie and take a leave on an important milestone day at the office? They are working women, too!
